Our History

Established since 2002

As Franchisee of Cambridge Online Education, which was known as Cambridge Home School until 2008, Ritzy has probably been teaching students online longer than any other education provider; we supported our first students in 2002 when the internet was hardly thought of in education.

Wikipedia had only started the year before! Google became the world’s number 1 search engine in 2003 and Youtube would not be invented until 2005.

In 2009 along with being a franchisee of, we also established ourselves as My School ITALY in Italy, Germany, Romania and in 2013 we got registered in the Italian Chanber of Commerce.  In 2017, we registered in India as Ritzy Schools.  Year 2021 has seen Ritzy expanding to Nepal and Brazil and its EdTech vertical called Ritzy C-suite®.

From our Chairperson's desk

During my visit to India a few years ago, I saw the dearth of good teachers and teaching methodologis in India. That’s when I decided to work with the Indian children to help them excel in today’s competitive and technology-driven world as they need a new set of skills and expertise —social and emotional, as well as academic.  Thus beautifully blending ancient Indian and modern European pedagogy, our education elixir was designed to make Indian CBSE curriculum engaging and fun.

At Ritzy C-suite®, we espouse community spirit, a caring environment in which children’s existing skills develop through our integrated programs based on multifaceted activities that have been developed by our team of Global Experts. Our staff is trained, qualified, experienced in providing academic excellence coupled with unrivalled pastoral care which is at the heart of all we do. They have excellent observation, supervision and listening skills. We strongly believe in what Albert Einstein said, “I never teach my pupils, I only provide the conditions in which they can learn.”  We have a vision of high quality education combined with the principle that each child should be treated as an individual, be given opportunities to grow, become world class learners and develop the confidence and capability to cope with the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.  Ritzy Schools Online brings the factor of flexibility and offers personalised learning without lowering the quality of education. As a registered and legitimate school that operates internationally, we adopted high standards of the online education industry.

In the loving memory of my Mom, who had been an educationist all her life working with children, I along with our team have drawn a Neuroscientific teaching methodology which paves the first step for our students to become the finest prototype of GOD, family and school. We do not admit children, we adopt them.
