MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us. Every human being already possesses this ability, it’s not something you have to conjure up, you just have to learn how to access it. No matter how far we drift away, Ritzy C-suite^® mindfulness teachers are right there to snap us back to where we are and what we are doing and feeling. If you want to know what mindfulness is, it’s best to try our course for a while. Explore the science of mindfulness and learn how to practice mindful movement.
